I had a great time during my business trip! The rooms were super clean and spacious—definitely made for a cozy stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The location is perfect too, close to the beach and city center, plus there's a lovely garden to unwind in after a busy day. The pool was a hit, especially with the kids!

Pleasant location to the sea shore, private parking on-site. Based next to the centre of Yanbu, car accessible restaurants and Yanbu downtown, Yanbu industrial city.

Exceptionally nice and perfect location in the decent area, just off the public beach in Royal Commission Yanbu, the restaurant, and Yanbu downtown. Large bed in standard room with an electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk.

Breakfast expensive.

I recently enjoyed an extended stay of nearly two years at this hotel while on a work assignment. The staff here are friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home—special shoutouts to Reham for her hospitality and Usama for his dedication. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the restaurant staff, especially Shafik, Walid, and Rony. The garden area is perfect for relaxation, and the gym meets all my needs.

The hotel offers big size, well-appointed rooms with king bed, garden, fan. The property's staff is very nice and understanding.

The room here was nicely decorated, clean, and had a fan, and it was located in a quiet area close to the restaurant.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Can only recommend this hotel, also very well suited to make holidays. The surroundings are characterized by a rich offer of culture (old town Yanbu) and restaurants (especially fish restaurants).

The air conditioning's a little noisy. But that's easy to fix by turning them off.

Our time here was really pleasant. the place was clean, and breakfast was decently priced. the room we had was well-kept and super clean.

A/C conditioner was not working properly, poor service from receiption

The hotel location is good, being right on the seaside. However the good news stops there. The hotel staff are unable to help when asked for recommendations of restaurants and the like. They are unable to give directions as to how to get there. When I asked for directions to Madain Saleh (a historic site and major tourist destination), the staff had not heard about this site and could not give any directions until I spoke to the manager of the hotel. Creature comforts in the room are sparse, the air-conditioning (it is a window unit) was noisy and all of the furniture looked dated.

There is a lack of customer service at this hotel - you are met with a stoic silence on most issues. The printer in the business center was not working and 2 days later it was still not working. The hotel is a 2 star hotel at best and the attitude of the staff reflects it.

This place has a great location, offers convenient onsite parking, and provides beautifully maintained and spacious rooms with a king bed and a coffee machine.
